The Youth in Care Newsletter Project began in 2000 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We published our inaugural issue, titled The System, in 2001.

By 2003, we were officially with The Voice. Years of faces and experiences pepper the pages of our 25-year archive. At the heart of The Voice is a passion to share our stories with the world.
